Utah Youth Soccer Association has adopted a Sideline Policy for the competition program and UYSA hosted tournaments. This policy was implemented in the Spring 2007 Season. The policy allows the players and parents to be on the same side of the field, however, the team bench and parents are in separate areas. The policy includes a 20-yard technical area at the center line to allow for substitutions. (Please see the diagram below.)



Coaches/Team Managers should see that their parents and players understand and comply with this policy.
