Online Registration Steps


1. Goto Registration Website CLICK HERE

2. Click on the “Registration” tab across the top

3. Click either the “Player Registration” or “Coach Registration” (depending on who you are registering).

4. If your child has played before use “Option 1”. If no member of your family has played before use “Option 2”.
(If “Option 2” is used, there will be a page titled “We found a match”. Please be sure to click next to a parent’s name on this page.)

5. Add the parents and players you are registering.

6. Review the information to be sure the correct player is registering in 2010-2011.

7. Select the play level. If you are playing AAA, select Competitive. If you are playing AA, select District.

8. On the player information page double check all of the information, then fill out the elementary school that you live closest to, even if that is not the school that you attend. Don't worry about Photo/Birth Certificate upload - we will take care of that.

9. Review the registration summary

10. You will then have the payment page - the fees are listed on the screen. These are the District and State Fees only. At the very end of the payment you will see an additional "Convenience Charge" This will be about $2 per player this covers the fee the credit card companies charge UYSA for handling payments. You won't see this charge until you complete the transaction (it shows on the receipt).

11. After you finish the payment page you will have a page where you can print the receipt. Select this and you will have 5 pages to print for each player you register (2 copies of the receipt, 2 copies of the UYSA registration form and 1 medical release). It is important that you bring both of the UYSA registration pages and the receipt labeled "CLUB COPY" to register with your team. We do not use the medical consent form.

12. Our league registrar will assign players to the proper teams and will create player cards. Coaches will inform parents of registration meetings.

NOTES:

You must have Adobe 8.0 in order to print the forms.

Anytime you want to go back into to edit or look at your records, log into the URL address and enter you username and password on the left. Do not go back into the registration tab.

**Be sure the Primary Contact person is a parent.
